Ghosts form part of our asian culture. That our fascination for them is constant and striving can be attested by the horror movies and ghosts stories that continue to flourish even today. But do ghosts really exist anymore or have they been reduced to just some cheap cinematic thrills to bait the imagination of the mass? In this time and age where consumerism and materialism are the predominant psyche that rules our world, is there room for their existence? 'Ghosts' is a work that looks into the spirit of our times and the ghosts of 21st century.'Ghosts' was a work-in-progress created for 5 female dancers of The Arts Fission Limited. The duration of the work is 25 minutes.'Ghosts' was presented as part of 'The Garden Affairs' studio presentation series at The Arts Fission Limited, in March 2006.
